These current-compensated chokes for data and signal lines are fitted with high-permeability toroid
core (ferrite). They are used in ISDN equipment in order to suppress the radio frequency interferences
(RFI) at the two-wire telephone line input and also at the power input of the network termination (NT)
equipment.
